Getting back to my UX150 with AD controller. I had this machine down for 6 monthe for painting. I removed all motors and wiring from the Bot and removed the battery from the base but not the controller.
Now after zeroing most of the programs result in incorrect movements to total freakouts !  (ending in ERROR or a panic E Stop)
I am mostly resigned to delete all of the programs and start from scratch  However I am curious as to what is ging on
Also in J3 when raising to full upward the arm will get about 70% there and then the servo will power down without the warning beeps and the arm will freefall until the brake grabs
Also ending with an ERROR

Any thoughts ?

It's not your programs.  A robot behaving that way is most likely a wiring problem or an encoder going bad in one of the motors.  Most likely something got damaged, or was not re-installed properly.

Hey SkyeFire,
Thanks for the advice. It appears that I mixed up encoder 6 plug with encoder 5
All seems well and the bot is responding to programs
