Dear,

I need KCWIN operation manual or language of operatiing command. Now, I try to moving KAWASAKI Wafer transfer robot and test it with controller.
Please provide me. Thanks a lot..

I have not seen a KCWIN manual but the AS language manual may do the trick for you

KCwin is just a program that interfaces the controller with your PC through serial using a null modem cable. It is the same as using the keyboard screen, except easier.
The manual you would need is an AS Language manual. This would have all your basic commands and instructions. It would not have any information on setting up KCwin or operating it.
