Hi everybody,

What is the input voltage specification of a KAWASAKI robot type JS002 FA 60? Is it single phase or 3-phase? How much power is required to use it?
In front of it's controller there is an AC100V 1A outlet. May attached photo can help you to answer the questions.

KAWASAKI robot type JS002 FA 60

... it seems to me that it's rather FA06. Those normally should be OK with one phase, but it's function of robot controller rather than arm. Check documentation for the type of controller you got and you will find an answer.

The controller plate show it is A60F-A.
Unfortunately I haven't any JS-2 documentation.
What is the input voltage specification of this model? Is it single phase or 3-phase? How much power is required to use it?
In front of it's controller there is an AC100V 1A outlet.

Hi,

Please have a look at the attached photoes.
- The supply input has only two main wire that connect to R and T screwed inputs of the circuit board shown in the IMG_0002. May R and T are two phase of a 3 phase system (it is only a guess). This board is located on the back of front of controller and named 1EP-30 board.
- As you can see on the picture IMG_0006 there is a jumper near the transformer that exist on the 1EP-30 board set on the 1-2 (standard) situation.
- As you can see on the picture IMG_0010 it seems that there isn't any other transformer exist on this controller.
- As I wrote before there is an outlet of AC100V in front of the robot controller.

Please help me to find the correct controller voltage and it's acceptable tolerance zone.
Also do you know what is the japanese 3-phase voltage rate?

After analyzing of power circuits I found that the power supply should be 100V AC. Today I test it successfully.
Now the problems are the Japanese display texts and the red lamp that show errors.
Ok, lets continue. Any JS-2 manuals?

depending on how long you had no power, you probably lost your data. if you have an all data save to load, this may take care of it. If not, you might have to load all the settings in indiviually.

Thank you Roboperson.
Now the controller has the error number 1102 (although it has Japanese screen but I can read this number, guess should be an error number). Also one time the errors 323 and 1102 both displayed on the screen. What is your opinion? How can I adjust the parameters?

Error 1102 is a CPU error. Im not sure of the 323. You could have a bad CPU, Chips on the board bad / incorrect. You might want to talk to Kawasaki Customer Support. There is no charge to call and ask.
