Which controller are you using (A, AD, C, D) and do you have the physical tool dimensions? I can explain how to do it automatically if you provide me with an email address and more info. .

Is this the data that shows the welding torch dimensions when mounted in the 6th axis. Example: 404 mm, 45 degrees, 14 mm wire stickout. A diagram is helpful.
