does anyone knows what type of grease does the robot ux120 need??

The following lubricants are used on the UX120, each for particular applications in the robot:

Daphne Eponex No. 2
Shell Alvania No. 2
Shell Alvania EP RO
Shell Omala 68
Optimal PD1

Probably best to get your local Kawasaki service tech to perform the work, as there are particular procedures which need to be followed during lubrication, ie robot posture during service, precise volume recommended by Kawasaki, etc.
Plus they will have the required lubricants at hand; some are difficult and expensive to come by, especially genuine lubes.

You could go to Kawasakirobotics.com and reaquest a password for "client sites" then you will be able to access manuals on-line. You need U-series maintenance and inspection manual, which lists grease quantities, lube and drain points etc. Also if you are using grease pump, make sure you use air regulator to restrict output pressure to 30psi and flow meter to pump recommended quantities. Otherwise you may create too much pressure, damage the seals and cause grease leaks or, in some cases force grease into the motor and brakes will fail.
