 I'm using the NS410 but the controller is often in trouble that can not communicate with the robot.
replasing the 1ha board , the trouble is cleared.
a kawasaki engineer said that firmware for 1ha board should be installed, but he can not provide and  i can not get the software.

So, I'd like to get the firmware
Please help me.

Sounds like a clean room robot. You will need to contact their division in California.
