Hi everybody,

does anybody know how to add cubes (like in motoman Robots) with Kawasaki? Here is the situation:
i have a robot which is driving on an extern axis with 3 differents sections. These sections are separated with doors which can be opened or closed. So, i want the robot to start anywhere on the extern axis and therefor i need to know where the robots is or maybe in which section the robot stands .

"Hi djoey2006
I do not know if I understand what you mean, but it's probably you about "working space". Kawasaki robots on the controller type D have something like that, and you have such a space to dedicate an external signal. Sorry for my English, but I'm starting to learn it:

Hi djoey20

D Controller of Kawasaki is using working spaces. You can setup 9 different spaces that is actually cubes. For each space you can set up an output signal.

Hello,

You can go to www.kawasakirobotics.com and request a password to access reference manuals on "client sites" You need to use your work email address and provide a serial number of your unit. Every Kawi controller has a name plate that shows serial number, model,  mfg. date.
