Does anyone know how to interface a laptop with the cc-link option board in D Controllers? There's no option to set signal conditions with the pendant for this particular robot but using the 'ZSIGSPEC2' command tells me that there are 32 inputs and 32 ouputs available for use.

CC link needs to be configured on the robot side then on the plc cclink input. what do you mean you want to set it up on your laptop?

OK, there's no option in the aux menu for any kind of cc-link settings. There's a cc-link board in the controller (not profibus) and in the robot settings i can see something like "OP_CCLINK ON".

I can also see several OX and WX with the names "CCLinkReserved"

I'm just wondering how I would set this up.

I was thinking I could plug a laptop into the CC-Link board with a null modem cable and configure it that way.  icon_confused

Just an update if anyone is reading, the board I'm dealing with is a 1HS slave board.

Sorry, that's not the one. The one I'm after is for the 1HS Remote I/O board. Unfortunately that one only details the 1PS board. (Kinda strange how they'd have two separate manuals.)

OK, does anyone know how to set the jumper blocks on the 1HS board?

I think I've got most of it figured out except this.
