Hello everyone aktion066,

First post here and I would like to say hello and what a great site this is! I cannot believe how much good information and help I have found here. I just wish I would have found this site sooner. I'm posting here to hopefully find a copy of the simulator software. Does anyone know where I can get a copy of it? Thanks in advance for any help and I look forward to posting here in the future.

Hi kindaclever1
Welcome to the forum.

There are t2 simulations software. One is for offline programming, it is a 3d simulation of robot motion program. You can
designed there the entire project and test it. This is PC-Rosset and the new version(beta) is K-Rosset. There are 3 versions Handling,Arc Welding and painting.

The other sim softare called PC-AS is a simulation of Controller .You can write and check all programs there but without
3d simulation. It is also has Handling and Arc Welding versions.

PC - Rosset it costs and PC-AS is free as I know. But for both of them you need to communicate with Kawasaki for allowing  you to access and download from their site.

Unforunately, all simulator programs created by Kawasaki will cost. It is true that there are a couple of different ones, the T2 software is a basic .exe program and if you can get a copy of it, and understand how to use it as a simulator, it can work. Most of the newer simulators are either Linux based and / or require computer information and the program is registered to the individual PC and not to the customer. This being said, if you were to purchase a simulator such as PC-rosett you would have to provide some computer ID information and the software would be rgistered to it. If you were to purchase a new PC, you would have to contact Kawasaki sales department to determine how you would get another copy or if you would have to purchase again.

Best of luck
