Just thought I would throw this out there to see if anyone knows about this error.  So today when I went into work one of our robots will not regain motor power and also the CRT screen and pendant will not display any information.  This is a very old controller it looks like an "A" controller but it does not have the keyboard I actually think it is a model before the "A" controller.  boards have been switched out with another model and this did not fix the problem.  The pendant will display error1 in the upper left corner but no other information.  The power supply to the PDU has been changed and the voltages adjusted to the proper levels even for the CRT screen.   I suspect one of the boards attached to the CRT or the CRT screen has went bad,  the manual we have with the troubleshooting flow chart from kawasaki says to change the CRT unit out and we will change this tomorrow, I ran out of time before the end of our shift before I got to try a switch out.  Anyone know what a error1 on the pendant may mean?
Thanks

The error codes start at 50, thats probably just like a motor power off error/condition. Give me an email and I will send you the only A electrical manual I have. It also could be that you have a 615/616. If so, Im not really sure what differences there are in errors and I know no PDF were made of that series. Kawasaki only supports up to 10 years after the last controller of a series is made. You have some pretty old equiptment there.

Ya, I know its old, I think its the 615,  the problem was a bad power supply and a bad board, then the guy who worked on it first got 2 boards swapped when he was messing with it. It's up and running now.

Thanks for the response.
