i am making a manual bot for the task in which my bot needs to dig out the sand layer upto a depth of 7cm and pick up a coin and put it in the box. can i have the ideas for the gripping mechanisms for my robot?

COINS Huh?   what about a magnetize gripper.

From my days of metal detecting on the beach,  used big scoop with holes big enough for the sand to go away and keep the valuables inside
