I came across this video today!  Have a look!!!  Not too certain how they would make this safe.... !!!!

The Safety isnt too hard, this thing is based on a KUKA KR500-TUV which is man rated and also used for those Robocoasters. See here: http://www.kuka-entertainment.com/en/
