Can anyone recommend some good robot dress companies?

The players I've found so far are Syndevco, Leoni, Murr Plastics, and Igus. Out of all of them, I like Syndevco the best, mainly because they don't make everything out of plastic.

Your analysis of Syndevco is right on and I have found they are very responsive to changes for your individual application.

I also agree.  Syndevco's products are excellent and really not that expensive.  I had somebody quote me a six axis bracket and they quoted me $1000!!  Syndevco made one special for a 420F Rh robot and it still cost under $200.  I have combined Syndevco's brackets with Igus chain items also, it just depends on the application.  Overall though, Syndevco products are excellent and I do try to get them into plants where I have to deal with dress issues.
