Motion Control Camera Rig

Hi this is my first post on this forum, and also my first look at industrial robots, to call me a newbie probably isn't enough... so please bear with me

The application for what I intend to use the robot is to do repeatable camera moves for special effects.

I have no idea of the price of second hand used robots or what kind would be best suited for this. really any information is valuable to me. it needs to able to handle 10 kilos and preferably have a possibility to do smooth acceleration and de-acceleration.

I am based in europe Norway by the way.

Cost of used robots depends upon the size of the arm needed to achieve the reach you desire.  Prices would probably start at USD$3,000.00 and higher depending upon the condition of the arm.  Websearch for "used robots".  If you are patient, then perhaps you may find a suitable used robot in an industrial equipment auction.
