Is anyone familiar with off the shelf tools that can perform automatic tip changing functions?

A couple of years ago I found.......
Binzel had a carousel that will change the entire gooseneck assm.... tip, nozzle defuser....
I did not use it as my customer did not want to buy 6 goosenecks.....
