SERVO-021 SVAL1-SRDY off allarm

 Hi
     I AM WORKING ON FANUC S420iF ROBOT with RJ2 CONTROL
 One of my robot is giving HAND BROKEN & ROBOT OVER TRIVEL  ALLARM
 A fter pressing SHIFT + RESET it giving SERVO-021 SVAL1-SRDY off for all axis
   As per manual i have to check EMMERGENCY STOP CONTROL PCB , CPU pCB, amplifier unit
 Can any one tell me howmto check this units ? or how to solve this problem ?
  ( This robot is not in operation for mare than one year but it was running normal before that)

  Any help in this regard will be most welcome,

Hi,

sounds like fuse 0,32A? on EMG-Board (cabinet door) is blown.

thankx for  reply, but All fuses are O.K.
   still problem is unsolved

Pravin,

normally if you just have hbk and rot at power up, it would miss a 24v on the emg pcb which is the one attached on the side of the yellow rack.
so, if you have another robot you can check that pcb (fuses, jumpers) or swap it with another one.

BUT the problem is that you can't reset them holding the shift... or better you get the srvo21

the srvo 21 can be due by everything but this "everything " comes from a 24v missing, so personally i would check rcc and internal cables.

THANKS EVERY ONE FOR YOUR HELP

   Actualy I connected the Robot with some other RJ2 panel & brought it in moving position then I connected the old panel again & it works.
