I AM WORKING ON FANUC S420iF ROBOT with RJ2 CONTROL
One of my robot is giving
HAND BROKEN & ROBOT OVER TRIVEL ALLARM
A fter pressing SHIFT + RESET it giving
SERVO-021 SVAL1-SRDY off for all axis
As per manual i have to check EMMERGENCY STOP CONTROL PCB , CPU pCB, amplifier unit
Can any one tell me howmto check this units ? or how to solve this problem ?
( This robot is not in operation for mare than one year but it was running normal before that)
Any help in this regard will be most welcome,
