Hello,

we have a turn table controled as a seventh axis, but when we enable the second axis group we get an error message saying "Robot not calibrated"

Is anyone familiar with this sort or message, or axis calibration?

Thanks

If this external axis is new (never been used) it's normal. You have to make calibration of it.

Be sure also to configure correctly in Controlled start the motor params in maintenance section. once correctly set master new axis in cold start as single axis master.

hope this help
