hello peeps

i'm work with the R-J3iC and M-710iC/20L  robot and i'm fresh newbie but my question is
is i't possible to send a email after the robot go in fault ?

and i have tried to install software for for the echo and that work but if i tried to use CGTP it don't work
on the homepage say te next :
NOTE 2 : Remote iPendant Access requires that the iPendant Controls be loaded on your PC. The ECHO screen requires a physical iPendant be attached to the robot. The CGTP screen requires that the IPCC option be loaded.

any idea what I do wrong ?

you need iPendantControls_7.20_A  software  from Fanuc
Roboguide include this  or you can try contact with fanuc
i try and it works

i have the software but i look at the webserver its say unavailable but in the note say The CGTP screen requires that the IPCC option be loaded.
where i can find ipcc  option ?

On your load media, look for a file named orderfil.dat.  It should contain the following line:

 1A05B-2400-IPCC ! Internet Conn/Custo 

This is the IPCC option.  You probably do not have it.  Just adding this line will not work.  You will need to purchase the install key from FANUC to get it enabled.
