   Everyone,I can't open the program that it's attribute in PC and can not call it in my main program

Thank you very much,jim.I see a hem(piped)program(P_offset) that it's arribute is PC,like this :  CALL P_OFFSET('POS_REG',40,(-153.64),50,285.858,(-90),(-45),180),why do they can use?help me,thank you.
