Is it possible to activate digital output based on position of robot with some tolerance.

u can use the reference position or the space check functions.

Sachin:

You can setup Reference position in the robot. i believe this is exactly what you need.

You can find this menu under MENUS-SETUP-REFERENCE POSITION.

You can setup 3 refernce position for each group.

here you can record a current robot position or define your own position & give tolerances in both positive & negative directions . you will be able to designate the DO from the same screen.
