We specialize in thermal spray coating, a process that deposits particles on a part to extend it’s normal life durability.
So we mainly would like to program the robot via the software to spray from one end to the other of the part, while following the angles or curves. We can do it if we go point by point.
I would like to know if we can combine feature patterns or anything that would avoid us having to select point by point.

J,
I suggest you to use Roboguide offline sw in order to use the Cad2Path function.
It allows you to import in your virtual cell a 3D iges-format Cad and click on its edge then generate a TP program ready to load into controller. Of course you should place Cad in same position of real robot workspace or move the relative UFRAME until match real world.

hope this help.
