Fanuc RG2 controller fault

Hi, I have Fanuc robot with RG2 controls and some simple fault finding manuals for them. but I couldn't clear the error message 001 EMERGENCY STOP (EX).I will be glad to find some one who help me to clear this error or have the maintenance & operation manual for this controller. By the way I could handle s-420f&s-420if Fanuc robots with RJ&RJ2 Fanuc controller and I believe that simple guide or having the mentioned manual is enough to handle this robot.

Sounds like an external e-stop is active.

i did the troubleshooting procedure for rj controller as the atached files,and everything were ok but still the error message is not clear.

probably you need one more bridge(jumper). Maybe between 5 and 6 pins (FENCE signals) on CRR4.

OF course you need to make the triple-jumper between the 6, 8, and 10 pins on CRR3 too.
