I'm looking to simulate the cycle time of a machine in a robo guide simulation.  I want load a machine then load other machines while this machines 8 sec cycle finishes.  i tried using a background task,  but wait's are not allowed.  There must be a simple way to simulate a machines cycle time.

Thanks,

JIM

Hi:
Introduce another robot, program it with the timer.
Use i/o from each robot to handshake the timer trigger, etc

Backup your workcell first. It's only happened a couple times, but sometimes when I introduce another robot into the cell and use I/O interconnect, it crashes roboguide and I can't even recover from a previous save point.
