Robot Speed

Dear Friends,
One of my LRMate 200ib is running OK from last 3 to 4 years.
Suddenly in morning after start up robot was moving with same speed throughout the program.
I did one test program of 3 points with 1mm/sec, 1000mm/sec and 2000mm/sec and run the program  :icon_eek:surprisingly robot was running with approx 300mm/sec for all points. I tried changing the speed but it was not at all responding to the given speed.
Has any one came across this type of problem.

Is the override at 100%? Are you using the SFSPD UOP (UI[3])? Are you using Override Select inputs?

Yes Override is 100%, SFSPD is ON I am not using Override select input.
Strange is if given 1 mm/sec speed then also it is moving with approx 300 to 400 mm/sec speed. So think this is not the problem of speed limits.

do you think is possible somebody changed a parameter ?

I dont know  what to tell you, except , checking with the other robots (compare) the variables regarding speed such as jogovrlim, runovrlim I believe they are under SCR-T   Im home not in front of a robot

Yes this is very strange for me too. Never came across this type of problem.

I would try the lasted working file backup even image backup.

Robot suddenly has motion software not healthy?

Tried a Cold Start (hold down Shift + Reset when power on)?

I agree with Leopard:
Restore controller image, variables and TP files.

Are your two robots the same type? Payload changes? Tried copying a TP file from bad robot to good, and run?

Teach mode limiting 10%; surely not?

All of a sudden? Revert to backups...
