Hey everybody I have a R-J3 controller and M-6i robot that im trying to set up... I had the robot moving then I walked away and came back and now its giving me SRVO-105 Door open or E. Stop, SRVO-043 DCAL alarm (Group:1 Axis:2), SRVO-006 Hand Broken, and SRVO-005 Robot overtravel. But my safeties are jumped out, the hand is not broken and the robot isn't in overtravel... what about the DCAL alarm? How can I clear that? is there a bigger problem going on? Thanks

I would start with Checking the fuse's on the Servo Amp and the two on the CPU. That should resolve your alarm. But I would also start checking external wiring for shorts or frays usally this type of alarm is present because of a short that fed back to the controller and blew the fuses.

I agree, the probable cause id F1 on the Amp.  The common cause for this fuse to blow is the EE cable running out to your tool.

Good luck

Same here...have run into this when EE is shorted...blows that tiny hard to find fuse on the servo pack...causes same alarms you are experiencing...
