Take alook at the fuses (probably done) !

Disconnect Teach Pendant and try to start to check if you go further !

Check if you have anything connected in EE connector on the back of the robot (behind J4) or ensure to clean it.

Check your connections in front of CPU, because you could swap connectors and that could give you this problem.
Read the connector ID on cable.

Good luck !

Lerak,
I did check the fuses and they are ok, tried swapping Teach pendant and T.P cable, with any change.
Do you sugest another thing?
Thanks

You probably need to check the fuse on the PCB on the inner side of the door  and the PSU aswell

I would start with disconnecting everything on the CPU except JRM10 (needed for ON/OFF switches) and CP5 and CP6 from the power supply.  If you have any optional boards, I would remove them from the backplane as well.  If the system still gives an ALM LED on the PSU, then there is probably something wrong with the PSU.  if everything powers up fine, then I would start plugging things back in one at a time till the problem returns.  This will help narrow down what is dragging the PSU voltages down.

Good luck

From now, Napierian's solution looks pretty good for debugging since you don't go far enough to catch any alarm other that led on PSU.

Good luck,

Keep us in touch please for expertise of everybody.
