Is Remote TCP something you have to purchase? I'm programming a ped welder and I really need a remote TCP. I found it in the eDoc but it says that it should say User/RTCP when you press other in the frames screen. Mine just says User.

Any ideas?
Thanks

Yes, the RTCP function should be installed. Then there will be an option in Frame like User/RTCP and also the option RTCP while you point a position.

Got it installed and I followed the edoc to set it up. Now when I jog in X, Y, or Z in USER FRAME it reacts as expected but It still rotates around the TCP on the gripper rather than the fixed point. It rotates it the right direction but around the gripper TCP. It's acting more like a user frame than a RTCP.

Hi Coheed,

When You set up User Frame, go to FCTN button and Toggle RTCP,  switch to User TCP, than You will be able to move and rotate against User Frame.

Good luck
