Hi, I am pretty new to this controller.  I am getting the SRVO 105 (I think) "Door Open Or Estop".  I think it is a software vestige carried over from the R-J2 days.  I haven't had a chance to swap TP & cable yet which is my prime suspect but the last thing I did was modify the DCS cartesian safety zone and update the sfatey PLC module.  The alarm appeared sometime after that.  Please tell me this alarm doesn't have anything to do with DCS!!  I need some ideas please.

Do you have an A size or B size cabinet?

In case of A size:
- Check doorswitch

In case of B size:
- Check that the CRM72, CRM95, and CRM96 connectors on the E-STOP unit are
  connected securely.
- Check TP and TP cable

Since this is generally a hardware problem I did swap TP& cable, estop pcb, and panel pcb of course cycling power many times to no avail.  Then I did a good old fashioned cold start and no more alarms! icon_smile
