When I power up my 420if robot with rj2 controller I get a prio-100 error ...it is a used robot and does anyone have an idea of how to clear it...tryed clr_assgn to no avail...thanks in advance

that is a communication error for you digital I/O's. check the cables and the voltage going to them

Is there any way that this can be removed from the system...the robot only moves in teach and I cannot clear the error

I don't think there is a way to get around it without fixing it. even if you did, your i/o's will not function properly
