Hi I have a RJ3iB controller and today I was doing backups, so in one robot I found that someone setup password with the install level, how I can erase it, cause of course I don't have the install password.

there's a variable for erasing the passwords? or something like that? or I only need to erase the syspass.vr file?

thanks a lot

I don't think you will be able to delete or overwrite  syspass.vr if toy don't have install password. Do you have any backup from that robot? If you open syspass.vr as a text, you can read the password.

It was one post on this forum about passwords.
Easiest way is if You have backup from another robot without pass (the same kind of software version if You have).
Load syspass.sv from robot without password in controlled start and that's it.
It work for sure, I've done it many times without any problems.

If I knew how/where to post files I've got a clearpass file you load at the configuration start menu fo iB robots.

HI!

If you have an AOA of that robot?

you should try to open the file syspass.sv using notepad, by doing so and you will see  series of numbers and letters, if you look closely to find the name of the installer and next to the password hide bettween series of numbers and letters !

good look!
