I bought a used Fanuc Arcmate 100i with RJ2 I have an alarm message SERVO 62. I want to clear the alarm message but I cannot enter the menu 0 - System. There are a lot of old users in the RJ2 with passwords and I cannot enter to the system menu unless I clear all the old users. Can anybody give me an idea how I can clear all these old users and their paswords without knowing any of these paswords?

see the above post.

You could do a search on "pasword" and you will get a lot of info.

I cannot upload the file passclr.sv because the controller does not have RS232 cable or Floppy or anything else! Even if I will buy a RS232 interface there is no FILE option in the main MENU in order to follow the backup procedure or to read the passclr.sv!! Is there any other way to erase the memory of the controller? How can I upload the passclr.sv file? Please advice.

You could try an Init Start, but I'm not sure if this will wipe out password.  Hold Prev & Next, then cycle cycling power.  It will boot you to a Bmon scrren, from there yould should be able to navigate to the "Init Start" button.  It's been a while from memory though.
