Hi everybody, I'm looking for some information about the comands used in Fanuc Painting Robots, cause I've never used them and I really need this information

maybe like in the Arc Mate robots:
Weld speed
Wave sine

I was looking at the WinTPE some of the comands that are used:
Sample Start
Sample End
SoftFloat
Func(00000000)
Electrostat(1)

Preset

GunSel(1)

Pressure

Pressure Level Gun

SELBOUND LNSCH[...] BOUND[...]

I hope someone can tell me how to use them

Thanks a lot

The electrostat(1) is the preset (1) for your electrostatics - that is the electrostatic charge that is applied to the paint as it passes through the applicator (may be a gun or bell applicator) the higher the value the more charge (KV) applied which will increase your transfer efficiency, but be careful in places where you are close to metal, could cause a fault, or sometimes a higher estat preset will cause a paint build up or a run
Preset - could be a paint flow preset (cc's) or atom air / fan air or for a bell applicator bell speed / shaping air

SELBOUND LNSCH[...] BOUND[...] - are your boundary
LNSCH is line schedule and Bound is the boundary number
(these are used on a rail robot to define your boundary parameters or the robot work envelope)

GunSel(1) is used when you have more than one applicator or spray gun

I hope this helps!!
