Hi my iPendant stops at Starting System Software....Please wait.... message
All job files are loaded though
It is R-30A controller
Any idea?

What version of the software, and how much internal memory does the controller have?

Are you using devicenet or control net?  If so, with the main disconnect OFF, pull the D-net/C-net mother board off the backplane and start up.

any red lights on the CPU?Huh?Huh?? You need to check LEDS. The LEDS will tell you if you have a problem with the SRAM/FROM card or the CPU card.

It turned to be a cable connections from CPU to PLC....one of installers used wron chanell

Glad you found the issue. I'm guessing there are a few things that can cause that. I ran into this the other day when I was starting up a new machine. It had come delivered with 32MB FROM and we got a separate memory card and CPU to upgrade it to 64MB. I booted it up before swapping the cards to verify if the machine worked, and I got that hanging issue. I decided to replace the memory and CPU cards anyway to see if that would fix it, and it turns out that it did.
