Exit from hardware test screen

TP screen has changed to a very strange one which i have not seen before. see attached picture. How do I exit from this screen. Followed the prompts on the screen with out any luck. Even the robot has stucked on this screen evry thing else is working as normal.

This is the diagnostic mode for the iPendant.  It is caused by the [POSN] button (or second button in under the ".") being held in when you turn on the controller!  reseat the button and try again.
