i can not import models designed in proe or catia into robcad.......help .

impeort format:igs.

there are some mistakes while the model is sphere. data message shows that: surface trimmer: unsuccesful 2.

if the models are cylinder and cube, it's correct. so why?
robcad version：7.1.2
