Recently started using Delmia, very nice, I've just recently been to the Catia/Delmia V6 release seminar and it looks a big improvement on the slow and time consuming front-end of v5 (speaking as a Solidworks, Pro-E, Catia v5 user).

Still getting used to the intricacies of Delmia, its already started to become the love of aerospace robotics and automation. We've been asked to use it for our current projects for aerospace.

If you are starting and don't know anything, I would suggest to start with the Delmia documentation. There is a lot of information inside it with some examples.

Totally agree with Asimo, we've been using it for 2 months and the docs help but it also helps if you have a friendly Delmia rep/engineer

Usually, the software help menu is quite helpful unless you are trying out something new..

Salut.
I start working with it some moths ago (before I work with Robcat for 6 years and robot programer for 5 more) and I have a love-hate relationship with Robotics.
I hope this year 2010 the things will be better.
