I have a NH3 comau with C4G controller.  We have fought the problem of having turnset faults on axis 4.    We've changed DSP boards and motors, all to keep having this issue come back.  Allot of time when you do a turnset it will fault back out even before you move any axis at all.   In all of our programs we never use 4th axis.  For the most part this stays stationary.   Could that be the issue ?
