I have an AIM system that a customer bought on EBay.  They don't have the top-level password.

I'm unable to copy files from D:\ to the NFS mount.  I can copy folders from D:\ to NFS and also copy files and folders from the NFS mount down to the SmartController D:\ drive.  Is this because I can't log in at the master level, or is something else going on?

If it is the password problem, is the only option to reinstall AIM from scratch?
