Does anyone have information on the grease used for Adept robots?  Specifically for the Harmonic Drives.  I need to regrease axis 2 on a 550 after having the motor rebuilt.  The grease looks, feels and smells like Castrol Longtime PD0 or PD1, but I'm not certain.

The robot grease we have on hand for greasing is LG-2. Not sure if its for the harmonic drive because the robots are new and we only had to grease the J-3 ball bearing.

Hi skooter.

LG-2 is only for the ballspline. Never use it for the Harmonic Drives. Ask Adept for P/N 60554-00120.
