I'm working on a 550 with a axis 2 index missing error.  I'm trying to narrow it down to the wire harness or the encoder.  I can't find the pinout for the VJI robot signal connector to verify the wire connections.  I do have a wire coming from the encoder that does not seem to have connection.

Does anyone has a pinout of the VJI Robot Signal connector for an MV controller?

FYI - I have no spare motor to verify the motor/encoder.  The motor is priced @ $3757.00 from Adept so I want to make sure I get this right the first time.

Thanx

Was able to trace out and verify the axis 2 encoder wires.  Pulled the motor (made by Panasonic) and verified it was missing the index (Z) from the encoder.  The motor is contaminated with oil residue and will get a rebuild in addition to a new encoder.

Still interested in any Adept MV vintage wiring diagrams anyone may have.
