Last week we had a power cut and one of our robots on rebooting came up with sync errors.
Resync'd robot but when running robot would stop and require start from plc.
On further investigation a 'stop' was found in 'Main' routine. This was after numerous restores.
Looking at backups no 'stop' was found in 'main', but looking in the 'Home' folder in the backups an old version of 'main' was found with a 'stop'.
Has anyone else had aproblem like this? It seems that the robot is restoring from data in 'Home' folder not 'Task0'; folder

Thanks in advance

I have met the same problem before,2400-S4,the main routine appear some unwanted instructs.

I think the hard-disk of the controller rebooted with error, then I restore the system by means of floppy.

You should backup your system not only the disk but also the external device.
