I get this error 20180 system IO restrictions active for other clients eg. teachpendant/comp link

And it tells me:

motor on restricted by system IO motoroff.

Program start restricted by system IO stop, stop cycle or stop instr.

I do not know where to go from here to run a simple 4 line program...

Well, if you are using this robot as a welder and you have a CAT mount, check to see that your torch is in the right position and make sure the CAT mount itself is working, also check the short cable that connects the whip to the internal harness for broken wires. GOOD LUCK!
