Have anyone experience about this "touch screen" robot pendant? It's totally dead. Cable is ok. I like to know what's correct way to open it. There is 7 screw backside and one screw looks some kind of rivet or pin...Should i drill it out?! And what parts you have fixed or changed to it?

i would not do this, as long yong you have Garanty.

May be bright is switched down ?

check the contrast setting on the pendant if thats not the issue check the connection inside the panel and make sure that the wire is plugged in corectly. i've come across that before just one wire is not locked in properly and you get a black screen! good luck!
