 I have loaded the controller software.  the problem comes when i go to calibrate the axis.  I shows no axis to calibrate.  Do I need to load anything eles?  And if so what hane how?

In the axis calibration parameter at the bottom is a question for calibration.
once the correct values are in set this to yes.
You can also load the backup MOC.CFG file.
For software loading ABB added this so you do not startup the robot with 0.0000 for calibration.
