Hi Travis,

usualy it it not a problem to boot the system with discs, but it takes time.

If you have an old Robot with cutted wires you need to repair the basics. Afterward you can try to install the system,
  but do that in the query mode.
not in easy query and not silent.

What you need as well is the  key disk and maybe the option disk of that Robot.
I think you can get that from ABB by a request with the serial no. of that Robot.

Thanks Travis for sending software. We have another problem- the teach pendant says this:
WELCOME TO THE S4 ROBOT-CONTROLLER
VERSION, TPU-4911014-RDG940610-0.01
BOOT-3HAC6382-1-990204-0830

DIAGNOSTICS
WARM START UP MODE
WARM START UP IN PROGRESS


And it won't do anything else, it won't even start to read the boot discs.(The robot/controller has been off power for a long time too.)
Can anyone help? Please?
