Hi - I have most ABB manuals and electrical schematics (pdf files) for many ABB robots and S4, S4C, S4C+, and IRC5 controllers if anyone is in need. Also have the complete set of Rapid Reference manuals.

I am in desparate need of some ABB reference manuals. We have a couple of old IRB 6400 S4's to integrate over RIO. Anything that you have would be a help. I think the controllers are M94 vintage.

Also, is there offline programming software/environment for these guys. Is there such a thing as a virtual teach pendant in order to get familiar with this robot and the teach pendant.

Please help.

Hi Dave,
I think you need the Software by ABB RobStudio. With this Software you can create and test offlin programs on the pc.

If all else fails, read the manual.
