HI, I NEED TO DO A SCREW MOVEMENT WITH ABB IRC5 CONTROLLER. ARE THERE ANY RAPID INSTRUCTION FOR DO IT?. SOMEONE KNOW HOW DO IT?.

 ???What exactly are you asking?  To move the tool in a spiral pattern?  If so, then you need some more details:  axis geometry, pitch, and diameter.

I need make an sperial movement, like put a screw into the nut. The robot is IRB140 with IRC5 system. The robot take a screw with the tool and must put into the nut. The tool is at the same axis than axis 6.

I hope to explain the application correctly.

I know little about RAPID, but do not think there is any standard function for this.  It is simple matter to mathematically calculate Tool-Z and Tool-RZ offset values based on the parameters {starting location, Z-Axis traverse speed, screw pitch}.
