In start up shows :

3HAB2316-1/13 Basic 2.0

What is the software that works with my robot ?
It´s possible to upgrade the firmware ?

Does RobotStudio S4 works with my robot ?Does anyone have it ?

RobotStudio 4.x would support that mechanical unit but it was very expensive (a one-off license).
You may be able to download the IRB1400 mechanical unit into RS 5.14 and set up the station to duplicate your cell but check with your local ABB RobotStudio contact.
RS5.xx is now a yearly license so is cheaper to run but you will need licences for RS plus any additional powerpacks and CAD converters (depending on your companies cad preferences eg CATIA, IGES etc).
