Hi romankreislers

Welcome to the robot-forum

I can't help you much with the answer but
This problem, did it happen magically ? or robot had a crash,  or replace software, or any kind of voltage spike, or .....
Please describe what happened to the robot the day before the problem

Just as it says SMB is different to that of the controller parameters (later IRC5 started storing values on the SMB) but without knowing how it started you will need to find out which one is correct.
The correct parameters should be written down or printed on a sticker on the robot arm and hopefully no motors have been change since.

Park the robot in the cal pos.

From the manual:
1. On the FlexPendant, tap the ABB menu, then tap Calibration and select a mechanical
unit.
2. Tap SMB memory and then tap Show status.
The data is displayed with status on the SMB and on the controller.
3. If Valid is displayed under the headings Cabinet Memory and SMB memory,
calibration data is correct.
If not, the data (on the SMB board or in the controller) must be replaced with the correct
one as detailed below:
• If, for instance, the SMB board has been replaced, transfer data from controller
to SMB board. If the controller has been replaced, transfer data from the SMB
board to the controller.
• Transfer data by tapping SMB Memory, Update and then selecting which data
to update.
4. After loading calibration data, proceed with updating the revolution counters.

Hope this helps.

Normally this works without problem.
When you first checked the data did you see it was different (so the error is correct)?

Maybe the smb is not accepting the data when you update it - Pleae call your local ABB service to clarify that the error you are seeing and the steps to update the data are correct otherwise the SMB is maybe faulty.
