does the s3 controller have a " P-P to main" function like the IRC5?

Yes!
Long time since I used a S3-system, but I think you press the button with the hand and then one of the soft buttons says "zero" or something like that. I have only used the swedish version of S3 so I do not know exactly. Pressing that softbutton moves the program pointer to the start of the program and resets all registers.

You can use a system input as start from beginning as on S4 and IRC5 too, at least on S3 M93.
